Yes, those wayward locks do make you look like a girly-man.
Where the hell are ya then?!
I usually sport a rather close shave cos of those dumb curls, but I was backpacking and for some crazy reason, it's very difficult to find a hairdressing salon in China that has a pair of clippers. Consequently, it was a bit long.
That shot was taken about halfway along the Tiger Leaping Gorge trek.

You were perhaps being sarcastic, Caz, but that I was bound to take you seriously because I think my hair at that length *is* long and girly!
Kath - Tiger Leaping Gorge is the deepest gorge in the world. It makes the Yangzi Three Gorges look like a piddling little valley. Breathtaking views are quite mundane along that trek - it's one of those "must see before you die" places IMHO.
