That is, on the day my Mine Your Own Business review appeared on Instapundit, my stat counter measured an extra fifteen or so unique visitors for the day - the next day, it dropped back to its usual average. Not exactly a massive spike in traffic, eh.

Hopefully this is because the Instapundit hordes didn't need to read the review and went straight to the checkout to buy.
