Who Is Next?

Scott Wickstein cited an article on his blog that dismissed the idea of a small, relatively insignificant city such as Perth or Adelaide being a viable target for al-Qaeda:
Can you picture Osama in his cave, poring over his school atlas and landing a bony finger on Adelaide and saying: "There! And after Adelaide, Wagga Wagga!"
Well, to put it bluntly - yes. I would have thought a fairly low profile city like Adelaide or Perth (and perhaps even a large country town) would be an adroit and logical strategic target for the jihadis. Okay, the property and collateral damage might not be as significant as a strike in one of the great world cities. However, imagine the propaganda coup. A successful hit in a smaller city or town sends out a clear message to everyone around the world; Don't Think You're Safe From Us, Wherever You Are.

I wonder where these guys would run to after copping such a message?
